So I moved temporarily to a more gentle herbal.





As for my hypertension, I have no choice, I take 56 MG EMCONCOR MITIS 5 COMP bipreterax evening and the morning.





For intimate concerns, well it's no worse or better since my surgery, I am monitoring.




Mais, commençons les choses sérieuses.

Étant donné la gravité des points 2 et 3, je suis tenu à suivre un régime alimentaire qui n'est pas évident à suivre, mais ça avance petit à petit !

  plus de légumes (sauf les crudités et les tomates)
• 
  
  éliminer le plus possible les sauces tels que mayonnaise, jus de cuisson
• 
  diminuer la consommation de café et d'alcool
  

Cela dit, c'est pas évident à suivre pour certains points car la société actuelle pousse à la consommation aussi.

Je vais petit à petit faire des efforts pour que je puisse avoir une vie plus saines et entrer dans ma trentaine bien dans ma peau et ma tête !
